Lessons stress tone production, music reading and phrasing. Jazz style and improvisation techniques are introduced as the player is ready.

I help motivate students to play to their best ability.
    Students of all ages are welcome. I primarily teach and play alto and tenor saxophone and have a couple of baritone players. Beginning and intermediate clarinet students are also welcome.

    We make audio recordings of lessons so you can hear your progress and review your lessons whenever you want.

    I help students prepare for and compete in competitions and juries.
